In order to dispute an incident start time the insured must:
- Go to the Claims tab in the top right corner
- Press the “New Claim” button
- Review your coverage and select the checkbox
- Hit the “Next” button
- Hit the blue text beneath “Have a dispute?”
- Select the relevant dispute option
- Hit “Submit a Claim” button
In order to dispute the existence of an incident the insured must:
- Go to the Claims tab in the top right corner
- Press the “New Claim” button
- Review your coverage and select the checkbox
- Hit the “Next” button
- Hit the blue text beneath “Have a dispute?”
- Select the relevant dispute option
- Hit “Submit a Claim” button
In order to dispute an incident’s end time and therefore duration the insured must:
- Go to the Claims tab in the top right corner
- Associate the relevant downtime
- Press the “New Claim” button
- Review your coverage and select the checkbox
- Hit the “Next” button
- Hit the blue text beneath “Have a dispute?”
- Select the relevant dispute option
- Hit “Submit a Claim” button
- Or hit the button beneath “Edit” regarding the claim you want to dispute or add time to
