At startup, Jungle Disk will first attempt to load the configuration file out of the Jungle Disk application directory before it checks the default location.
Also, note that the Jungle Disk USB Edition will always look for its configuration and cache files in the same directory as the application.
Default Locations (Simply Backup, Desktop Edition, and Jungle Disk (Formerly Workgroup):
- Windows 7 and newer: C:\ProgramData\JungleDisk\
- ProgramData is a hidden folder by default. Open your file browser and paste this path into the address bar to get there quickly.
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\JungleDisk\
- Application Data is a hidden folder by default. Open your file browser and paste this path into the address bar to get there quickly.
- Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/

Backup Files
You may find that there are some files here that mostly match your settings file name, but they also have "-backup-#" at the end (where # would be a number of 0 or greater). If you want to roll back to a previous configuration, Stop the Jungle Disk service, rename the backup to have the original name, then start the Jungle Disk service again.

Moving your settings to a different computer
If you would like to copy your settings to a different computer, it is best to do so before installing Jungle Disk. Otherwise, you will need to completely shut down the Jungle Disk (including the Jungle Disk service) before copying the settings file.
