Asigra Customer Usage Check

The following document will provide users a guide on how to check their quota.

DS-Client Method:

1. 1. Open Classic DS-User 
   2. Click on Reports
   3. Select Backup sets report
   4. Select Online and click ok
   5. Report will load with usage for individual backup sets + total for entire ds-client
      
      
      DS-NOC Method:
      
      
      1. Navigate https://usnoc.keepitsafe.com/
      2. Login with provided credentials
      3. Navigate to Ds-System and click on View Reports
         
      4. Click on Storage Usage report
      5. Configure option for report such as file type for export of report
         
      6. Click View report to begin download
      7. You have completed steps to obtain usage information.
