1. Create a new online disk
2. Create a new Backup Vault as well as a Backup Job
3. select the files you want to back up (keep your backup job at a healthy size)
* We have a recommended online disk size of 100,000 files or 500Gb of data, which is why we recommend setting your backup job to be less than this size.*
4. Run your backups
5. We recommend you keep your old online disk until a couple of good backups are run to your new online disk in order to ensure that you have access to your backed up data, as well as to meet any retention requirements you may have. Once you have backed-up all of your files to your network drive you should be able to delete your old online disk from your management client.
