This KB is going to walk you through the process of stepping through your service provider properties and re-scanning your cloud repository to confirm connection to your cloud repository?
Go to Backup Infrastructure -> Service Providers, right-click your service provider and click Properties. 
Next through this window without making any changes. 
After that, click on Backup Repositories, select your cloud repository and click Rescan.
