If you are not seeing your drives on your Mac, please refer to the steps below.
- What is your processor? This can be found by clicking the Apple Logo > About this Mac > Chip.
- If an Apple M1, M2, or newer, please first verify that this guide has been completed.
- Once the guide above has been completed or if on an Intel Mac, check to see if a drive name is configured using the Local Drive Mapping Guide.
- Next, use the following guide to Restart the Service.
- Jungle Disk Activity Monitor > Help > Managed Background Program > Stop then Start the service.
- And Reconnect the Drive. Jungle Disk Activity Monitor > Online Disk dropdown > Reconnect Network Drive.
- There should be a prompt to allow system extension and follow the prompts in here. Here is another guide as a reference on what to do with these prompts.
Once System Extension is allowed, you will be asked to restart your computer. When the reboot has finished, your drives should appear in your Finder or on your Desktop under the names set above. You
