This article will guide you through updating your Keepitsafe App to the current version.
1. Log into the Keepitsafe portal
2. Open the download folder:
3. Download the one that is compatible with your OS.
4. Be sure to grab the Encryption keys from your Backup set:
5. Install the New version. It will ask if you want to uninstall the old version. you do.
6. Once that has been completed click on Backup.
7. Then initiate a manual backup after selecting Migrate:
8. Allow the backup to run. This will take longer than a normal backup as the Data is converted to the new format.
