To assign new technical contacts for your account

In the navigation pane, click Account at the top of the page.
The Customer Properties page opens.

Click Edit. The Edit Customer page opens.

Select the Settings tab.

The Primary technical contact menu and Secondary technical contact menu list the users with access permission on the Agent computer.

From the Primary technical contact menu, select the user to be the technical contact.

From the Secondary technical contact menu, select the user to be contacted in the event the primary technical contact is unavailable.

Click Save.
The technical contact information is saved.
