Delete a Backup Policy in LiveVault

Each LiveVault computer must have at least one backup policy. As long as you keep one backup policy, you can delete any other policy.

To delete a backup policy

1. In the Navigation Pane, select the computer you want.

2. Select the Backup tab.

3. Click Edit Backup for the selected backup policy.

   The Backup Configuration page opens.

4. Click Delete.

5. Select a Month and Day from the calendar control. This date is the date on which to schedule the data for deletion.

6. Click Save.

   The confirmation page opens.

7. Click OK.

   The policy is scheduled for deletion, and backup for all data specified by this policy ceases.

   When the data is deleted, the policy will automatically be deleted.
