In the Users section of the LiveVault Web Portal navigation pane, select the user whose account you want to enable.
The summary page for the user opens.

On the Users page, click Edit.
The Edit User page opens.

Click Reset Account Lockout.

Click Save.

Inform the user that the account is available for login.
