If you are experiencing trouble with your appliance, there is a set of diagnostic logs on the appliance that will assist Support in solving the problem.
You can retrieve the log and send it to LiveVault Technical Support for assistance.
To access the diagnostic logs on the appliance

In LiveVault Web Portal, select the appliance you want to look at in the navigation pane.
On the Summary tab, ensure that the machine is connected to your network, and take note of the IP address of the appliance.

Open a browser window and navigate to the IP address of the appliance.
For example
http://10.10.140.1.
The Appliance Management User Interface opens.

Click Advanced Options.
The Advanced Options page opens.

Select Diagnostic Logs.
The diagnostic logs are collected and compressed and available for download.

Save the logs file to disk and send it to the Cyberfortress support team at Support@Cyberfortress.com
