In some cases, you may need to reset your appliance back to its factory state and then reprovision the appliance.
For example, if you initially set up the appliance in a test environment, and then move it to a production environment, you can reset the appliance and run the configuration software again.
Important: When you reset an appliance, you destroy all data on the appliance and disconnect it from the service. After resetting the appliance, you must set up the appliance again before it will operate.
It is strongly recommended that you perform this operation only at the request of Cyberfortress's technical support specialists.
To reset the appliance

Ensure that the appliance is attached to your network.

Open a browser window and navigate to the IP address of the appliance.
For example
http://10.10.140.1.
The Appliance Management User Interface opens.

Click Advanced Options.
The Advanced Options page opens.

Click Reset.
The Reset Appliance page opens.

Type the password to reset the appliance. To acquire the password, contact support@cyberfortress.com

Click Reset.
The appliance software destroys all data stored on the appliance and disconnects it from the service. After resetting the appliance, you must set up the appliance again before it will operate.
