The following are backup options for your policy:

Length of time the files in your policy will be saved.

Policy status: enabled or disabled.

For Windows, frequency of System State backups.
To set backup options, select the Options tab on the Backup Configuration page. Set the options as follows:

Program to Run Before/After Each Backup |
Use these options to run a program either before or after the backup runs in Linux.
Enter the full path and program name of a program that you want to execute before or after this backup is run. The program will run before or after each time the backup is executed. In Linux, the file must be a Bourne shell script (/bin/sh ).

Select to disable the backup policy. Files in the policy will not be backed up until you enable the policy. |
Limit System State Backups to No More Often than Once Every __ Hours |
Windows only. Enter the number of hours you want between system state backups. By default, the system state is backed up once every 24 hours. |
